Payment Methods

Yuri Fashion Group accepts the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit cards, PayPal.

The ordered items will be sent as soon as we’ll receive the credit notification of the amount due.

If you choose PayPal payment, you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment.

 

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt. Customised items cannot be returned.
The right of return expires after 14 days and the customer or a third party (different from the carrier who perform the shipment) has acquired physical possession of the goods.

If you want to return an item, please send us a return request before your right expires.

The cost of shipping and any duty fees will be at customer expense.

All returns will be accept if sent back within 14 days of receipt.
The voluntary right of return only applies to non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been altered or washed; with all tags attached.
YURI FASHION GROUP S.A.S. di Gobbi Yuri e Catia has the right to reject not authorized returns or which not follows the conditions written.

 

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE

Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible.
The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account.
The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
