SELL CONDITIONS AND RIGHT of WITHDRAWAL
Yuri Fashion Group s.a.s. accepts the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit cards, PayPal.
For bank transfer payments, our bank details are:

The ordered items will be sent as soon as we’ll receive the credit notification of the amount due.
If Customers choose PayPal payment, they will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. If Customers have an existing PayPal account, they can log in using their user data to confirm the payment. If Customers do not have a PayPal account, they can register one and proceed with the payment.
If for any reason Customers are not fully satisfied, they can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt. Customised items cannot be returned.
The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days and the Customer or a third party (different from the carrier who perform the shipment) has acquired physical possession of the goods.
If Customers want to return an item, please send us a withdrawal request before their right expires.

The cost of shipping and any duty fees will be at Customer expense.

All returns will be accept if sent back within 14 days of receipt.
The voluntary right of withdrawal only applies to non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been altered or washed; with all tags attached.

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, Customers will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund Customers as quickly as possible.
The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account.
The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
YURI FASHION GROUP S.A.S. shall be liable to the Customer for any lack of conformity which arises within two years of the goods delivery.
For the purpose of this directive, goods are presumed to be in conformity with the contract if they, where applicable, comply with the following conditions: a) are fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used; b) comply with the description given and possess the qualities of the goods which YURI FASHION GROUP S.A.S. has held out to the consumer.
The Client loses all benefits of their rights if they do not inform about the lack of conformity within a period of two months from the date on which they detected such lack of conformity.
In the case of a lack of conformity, the Client may request, alternatively and without charge, under the conditions below, a repair or replacement of the purchased goods, a reduction of the purchase price or the contract rescinded, unless the request is objectively impossible to satisfy or considered disproportionate for YURI FASHION GROUP S.A.S. in accordance with Article 130, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code.
The request must be submitted in writing to YURI FASHION GROUP S.A.S. at the email address email@example.com, from which a written response will be given within five business days and in the shortest amount of time possible, it will be communicated if the request can be processed or an explanation for why it cannot be. In the communication, where YURI FASHION GROUP S.A.S. has accepted the request from the Client, it must be stated the method of shipment or return of the goods, as well as the deadline for the return or replacement of the non-conform goods.
Whenever the repair or the replacement of the goods is impossible or disproportionate, or YURI FASHION GROUP S.A.S. did not provide the repair or replacement of the good within the previously mentioned deadline or, finally, the repair or replacement caused notable inconvenience to the Client, the Client may request at their choice, a reduction of the purchase price or the contract rescinded.
In this case, the Client must send their request to YURI FASHION GROUP S.A.S., who will respond within five business days with their intention to process the request or an explanation for why it cannot be processed.
Where Customers have problems with purchasing a product, they can make use of the out-of-court alternative dispute resolution methods governed by Articles 141 and 141-decies of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No 130/2015, which transposed ADR Directive 2013/11/EU).
